• Contact Numbers: WhatsApp mobile number used exclusively for order confirmation receipts, live courier tracking updates, and rider arrival phone calls.
• Email Addresses: Used to dispatch printable order invoices, post-purchase tracking links, and account access credentials.
• Garment Specifications: Selected size (Small or Medium) to ensure accurate tailoring and fulfillment.
• Payment References: Public transaction reference numbers (TID) or optional transfer screenshots provided by customers choosing bank or mobile wallet prepayments.

Your financial security is guaranteed:

Our servers, databases, and application code never process, record, or store debit or credit card CVV numbers, card PINs, online banking passwords, or mobile wallet MPINs.

All pre-payments are executed entirely within your own bank or digital wallet application (Meezan Bank, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, NayaPay, or State Bank Raast). We only verify the public transaction reference (TID) that you choose to provide.
