All KB Boutique Pret outfits are tailored to standard anatomical proportions with internal seam allowances. Lilac Whisper is available in Size Small (Length: 43", Chest: 20.5", Trouser: 37.5"). What are your delivery timelines across Pakistan?
Pret orders confirmed before 3:00 PM PKT dispatch the same business day from our Central Dispatch Hub in Lahore. Doorstep delivery takes 1 to 2 business days within Lahore and 2 to 3 business days across Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and nationwide.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide across Pakistan, as well as Direct Bank Transfer and Mobile Wallets (Meezan Bank Limited, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, NayaPay, and State Bank Raast) under the official account title Kainat Babar.

What is your exchange and replacement policy?
In accordance with apparel hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on worn, washed, altered, or un-tagged outfits, nor for change of mind. If you receive a transit-damaged item or an incorrect size, message our team within 48 hours of delivery with original tags intact for an immediate free replacement.
How should I care for Winter Cotton Pret outfits?
We recommend gentle hand wash in cold water or mild dry cleaning to safeguard delicate resham threadwork, lace cutwork, and organza trims. Wash dark colors separately, avoid harsh bleaches or wringing, and iron on reverse side at moderate heat.
How can I track my parcel once dispatched?
Once dispatched, you will receive an automated tracking notification containing your consignment number (CN). You can also enter your order reference or CN directly into our on-site tracker at /track-order for real-time delivery telemetry.
